Sneaky Sound System’s “I Ain’t Over You” is good ole house music

Sneaky Sound System has been around for about a decade making dope dance/house music. Last year they released a couple of singles but haven’t dropped a full-length project since their 2011 album, From Here to Anywhere. But now the duo (producer Black Angus and vocalist Connie Mitchell), have returned with their new single, “I Ain’t Over You,” a classic sounding house track that really reminds me of something from Robin S or Cece Peniston. It sounds perfect for a summertime day party by the beach. Not sure if this is for an upcoming album, but we’ll take it!

Regarding the video, the band collaborated with Dreamcatchers Dreamtime, which includes art directors George Barnes & Sacha Kenyon and director Nathan Lewis to create the art on the green screen.

“We’d collaborated with George Barnes from Dreamcatchers Dreamtime on graphics for our live show, our singles, and Connie’s costumes, and we had the idea of bringing all these elements together in one music video,” the band said. Check it out:
